💖 Terms & Conditions
For health and safety reasons, we cannot provide lash services if you have:
🚫 Cold sores, open sores, herpes, warts, pink eye, styes, contagious illnesses, or any transmissible skin conditions.
🚫 Severe allergies or sensitivities to lash glue (please inform us before booking).
Bad & Boujee Bar is not responsible for allergic reactions. If you have concerns, please reach out before scheduling your appointment.
⏳ Late Policy
We get it—life happens! If you're running late, please call or text us ASAP.
💗 Less than 15 minutes late – We’ll do our best to make your lashes look amazing within the remaining time. You’ll still be charged full price.
💗 More than 15 minutes late – We may need to reschedule if we can’t fit you in.
We always try our best to accommodate you, but we appreciate your punctuality! ⏰
💄 Makeup Policy
Please arrive with clean, oil-free eyes! Makeup residue affects lash adhesion and can lead to irritation.
✨ Arriving with makeup? A $15 removal fee will be charged, and time spent on removal will cut into your session. You will still be responsible for the full appointment cost.
📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations
Need to reschedule? Call or text us ASAP so we can adjust your appointment!
💎 Lash Fill Policy
To keep your lashes looking fresh:
✨ If more than 50% of your extensions are grown out or missing, your appointment will be considered a full set.
✨ Even with great retention, grown-out lashes must be removed to keep your natural lashes happy & healthy!
