By booking, you agree to the following:
- All services are non-refundable
- Contact us within 48 hours for any concerns (touch-ups may be approved)
- Arrive on time with clean, makeup-free lashes
- 15+ minutes late may result in rescheduling
- Same-day cancellations & no-shows may be subject to a fee
- Less than 50% lash retention = full set pricing
For safety, we cannot service clients with eye infections or contagious conditions.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions—please notify us of any sensitivities prior to booking.

To maintain the look of your full set of lashes, it is recommended to come every 2-3 weeks for a fill. The longevity of your eyelash extensions will also depend on how you care for them.
We recommend that you bring any references or inspiration photos for your desired lash look. Also come with clean lashes, since we do recommend not getting your lashes wet for the first 24-48 hours to enhance the longetivy of the eyelash extensions.
